Presentation by Jacqui Theis, Doctoral candidate, whose research explores how cities can support both biodiversity and better urban living. Jacqui developed the New Zealand Biodiversity Factor, a suite of tools for assessing the biodiversity value of urban developments to guide urban planning and conservation. Jacqui has also studied insect communities in the new George Street street planters.
